The Latin Recording Academy announced today that Albite, Lolita Flores, Alejandro Lerner, Los Ángeles Azules, Draco Rosa y Lulu Santos They will receive the Musical Excellence Award this year, as part of their annual Special Awards ceremony. In addition, Angel “Cucco” Peña and Chucho Rincón They will receive the Board of Directors' Award.

The handover will take place at a private event during Week Latin GRAMMY, on November 10th in Miami.

The Musical Excellence Award is given to performers who throughout their careers have made outstanding creative contributions to Latin music and their communities.
